Job Title:  Conversion Analyst

This traveling position is responsible for handling software conversions and on-site computer training while also providing customer phone support, internal training, and procedure writing when in the office. In addition, this position must act as a liaison between our customers, the programming, and hardware staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years credit union, bank, or data processor experience
• Work without direct supervison
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, a must
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
• 50% Travel is required

Bradford-Scott Data Corporation, a growth oriented computer service company in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Programmer to be located in our Fort Wayne, Indiana office.  We offer an excellent opportunity to become a part of an organization with an energetic, upbeat culture.

We are seeking a professional, service-driven entry-level programmer who will ultimately support our credit union software package. The software utilizes Progress programming language.  This position will support our existing customer base with enhancements and upgrades, resolving daily support issues, as well as performing data conversions for new customers.  The ability to trouble shoot, think analytically, be organized, meet deadlines, and communicate with internal and external customers is extremely important. Occasional travel required.

• Convert data for new credit union installations
• Upgrade credit union data and software
• Upgrade databases on credit union servers from one operating system to another.
• Provide secondary technical support to Credit Union Support Team.
• Complete Research and Development projects as assigned.
• Install and support peripheral products and/or add-on products.
• Develop interfaces with 3^rd party vendors.
